I swear Dominoes is completely different in the US or something. I regularly hear Americans talk about how bad Dominoes is by far the best of the lot over here.
I don't doubt for a second that Dominoes in the US is wildly different than Dominoes in the UK, or any other two regions for that matter.
maybe it's different in the us but in the uk every non-chain pizza place around us has a hilariously low food hygiene rating, is just as expensive as chains and typically tastes like shit. dominos is by far the best pizza ive had in the uk.
That's weird. You'd think fast food pizza wouldn't change much between national franchises. McDonald's is McDonald's is McDonald's wherever you go. Same with Burger King, KFC and all the other non pizza fast food places. The major difference between US and UK fast food is that in the US you get it faster and you get more.
I hear McDonalds is a lot better in Australia than in the US
Also McDonalds in India have a cool chicken-based menu.

Marcos is the shit, but its pricy.
Oh yeah absolutely, but every country has their own regional specialties. It's a surprise McDonald's England doesn't offer Chicken McBangers and Mash or something. But the base food is the same, there definitely weren't any differences between McDonald's Chicken Substance™ in NYC and McDonald's Chicken Substance™ in London. Or chips or coke or whatever. A KitKat is a KitKat in Japan, even if they have regional flavors like green tea that we don't get here in the UK. You also definitely cannot get anything like New York style pizza in the UK.
I work at Papa johns and business really hasn't slowed down for us at all really
My cholesterol went up just looking at that thing
We had a pizza shop that went by that name (not sure if it was affiliated) nearby about a decade ago. There was always mould in their sauce and their meat tasted OLD.
Differwnt sourcing of ingredients, different demographics, and different standards for food preparation can all affect the flavor. Sometimes for better or for worse
Mate, they don't even have 2 for Tuesday here. It's like living in Mad Max, complete pizza anarchy.
Yeah I ordered one back when they were selling them, IIRC the wieners were basically very greasy and somewhat rubbery vienna sausages, I don't really remember anything else other than not liking it and having to murder the dogs with mustard to make it somewhat palatable.
I feel like I'd eat it again out of morbid curiosity but I definitely would not pay for it.
Quite different. I ended up getting Domino's in Copenhagen because it was the only thing still open and quick when I needed food nearby, completely different pizza than in the US.
why are people still flipping their shit, they fired the guy days ago

I can get a large 3-topping pizza for $8. All I have to do is go to the location and pick it up, which isn't an issue for me because it's next to the store I go shopping at.
Honestly, say what you will about the pizza, but $8 for a large 3-topping is hard to beat.

I grew up on LC's and its hard to be unbiased, but where I live I'd prefer to have it over any other pizza chain because its close by, cheap, and satisfying. Quality varies by location.
The days I don't feel like picking up pizza is the day I dol out cash for Dominoes delivery, and they're surprisingly good and made with quality. Love spinach and feta cheese cheese sticks!
I did and it was as amazing as it looks. Ate the whole thing myself, too.
I'm afraid to try any garlic sauce after having little caesars'
They're garlic sauce was so overpowering and awful, I had to try another just to see if it was just a bad batch.
Hard disagree from me, here.
We used to have a CiCi's Pizza here that was the fucking bomb, but somewhere along the line it went to absolute shit, undercooked pizzas and such. Then they changed the name of the place and it reeked of cheapness/laziness, right down to the fact that all the plates were Great Value paper plates and the pizza somehow became even worse.
I'm known to enjoy even the cheap shitty Great Value pizzas that you used to get for $.50 a piece (used to, they're like $1.50 now when you can get a Red Baron for $3.50 lol), but that CiCi's in its later years and the place that took over for it was absolutely awful.
I still wish he got his job back. I actually like his pizza and I think the incident in context was kinda silly.
I don't think I've ever met anyone who's said that they particularly like papa johns. It's just kind of, there.
I actually kind of like the Papa John's around me, the Dominoes is far worse in comparison somehow.
because mom and pop sometimes seem to think that you don't have to cut up the ham at all and just stack slices and slices on top of it or just do other weird things to try and give it their own special touch that just makes you go "why"
pizza hut's actually really, really nice in ireland from my experience and most of the local pizzerias taste like shit
He was a greedy piece of shit who didn't care about his workers even though he was in their position as well before the chain started. Good riddance and fuck off back to your gaudy pizza castle:
