Anyone wanna let us know how we can disable this annoying ass avatar bubble they are now enforcing in the toolbar? I want to give the new theme a test for a week and give it a fair chance but this avatar bubble is already making me want to go back to the old theme lol.
Is it just me, or is it way more difficult to know which tab is open simply by glancing at it.
can't be done, this is how they're indicating incognito mode there's flags to revert back to the old top UI, but it'll be removed pretty soon as they're already ripping old UI out of the codebase
what about chromium? is the new UI there yet?
Maybe they should be fucking fixing this UI before removing the one that actually works. Even with the avatar bubble, I gave this UI the benefit of the doubt and tried it over the last couple of days. I can say with confidence it has more bugs than a Russian prostitute. One of the most prominent being that they completely broke fullscreen on Mac when you use multiple monitors. It used to be when you used fullscreen, it would only occupy that monitor and you could still use the other one. Now they've changed it so that the other monitor just goes black and is unusable unless you exit fullscreen...
yes
Amazing design, love how they went with the flat and smooth design!
Not worth making a new thread about, but as of the latest version it's no longer possible to fix this mistake of a UI change.
Yeah I don't get why the insist on not having customization options https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/344/8d74512b-2866-45fc-af2f-dcfe1d0077bb/19-12-2018 @ 19h_45m_04s.webm
They seem to be actively screwing with people trying to block this broken update now.
