Aww, i'm very sorry about that. It's not the same, but my mum was a massive alcoholic when I was growing up and physically hurt me during that period. I suppose I have been able to forgive her for that, so that's more the angle I'm coming from.
The mistake is the driving under the influence, how could anyone just run away to save their own ass and ever call it just a mistake? I don't understand how anyone in any situation can think that's a good idea regardless of the weight of what they did.

Fentanyl is really doing work this year. Whoever is cutting drugs with that crap needs to be dropped.
Stuff like this happens higher up than your local dealer, and most likely higher than the dealer's dealer. Fent is so strong that if they added enough to make a significant difference in weight, even a 'safe' dose of that cut coke is potentially deadly. A few sand-grains' worth is enough to send you into respiratory arrest, regardless of the triple-reuptake effects of the coke.
