The Media Creation Tool has completely fucked up more than a couple of times, it's better to just download the ISO from Microsoft and use RUFUS or similar other software to make a bootdrive
Classic was sort of odd. Ironically, I noticed it actually created CPU overhead, since it disabled hardware desktop composition and offloaded it back to the CPU. Which is why it was in 7 to begin with, for PCs with slow GPU's.
I was getting confused as to why you guys were complaining about inconsistent design but then I realized that I was running an Arch Linux installation with programs made in several graphics toolkits: GTK2.0, GTK3.0, QT, FLTK and maybe some others I can't remember
If anything was an inconsistent graphical mess it was my Arch Linux installation This Windows graphical inconsistency is nothing to me
