Kinda disappointed that FFCC still requires 1 person to carry the chalice in multiplayer.
Sure, it adds a bit of challenge, but if you're playing in 2 player it's just annoying.
I wish there was some sort of option to have the moogle carry it at the midpoint between the players, so there's still that extra challenge of "don't move too far away"/"sync up your movements" without needing someone to constantly carry it and drop it and pick it up again.
then again the last time I played it I was still basically a kid, so who knows, maybe we were just bad back then

No, that's how it always was, and it sucked really hard when playing with friends, because the one holding the chalice can't attack. Mog in singleplayer just follows you around holding it so you can both move/evade and attack, and forcing a player to hold it instead is still a huge letdown.
Man I sure loved the hours long loading screens of the PSP. God bless disc based systems.
