Phrasing and references to Jurassic Park aside, the park would be a science outpost in remote Siberia. It's less bringing them back so snot nosed brats can gawk at them, and more bringing them back for genuine scientific research into forms of life we've never been able to observe first hand before.

That is a good question, since there's a lot of behaviors that are learned through mother-child interaction in life. How would mammoths act since they could never have any of that sort of taught behavior?
