David Beckham will not face speeding prosecution, as his lawyer found a loophole

For a normal person this would be an issue. For one of the most famous soccer players on the planet? Probably not. I'm sure he can afford to taxi between the arena and his hotel or house.
Ah I see, my b. I never said it was different class rules or anything like that, but the upper class are definitely the only people who can afford to bring a lawyer to fucking traffic court.
tbqh, at least in America, fines are meant to generate revenue for the state, not really to dissuade people from committing the crime again. Points against your license are meant to dissuade you from committing a crime
The former England football captain, 43, was accused of driving a loaned Bentley at 59mph in a 40mph zone on the A40 in Paddington on 23 January.
wtf he was going nearly 20 over the limit (thats about 90km in a 65km zone), thats almost fast enough to lose your license for 6 months over here.
In America it's reckless driving and you could go to jail
No but he's rich and he should be prosecuted to the FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW
He didn't need 'Mr loophole' for this, he could have rung up the sleaziest, cheapest traffic lawyer he saw on a billboard and would have got the same results.
I dont drive like an absolute shithead so I guess I've never seen a traffic lawyer in action, nor have I seen billboards for them. Still, just pay your fuckin ticket and drive less like an asshole.
Maybe it's just my area, I see billboards for the fuckers every few blocks.
Accident lawyers too, with messages like "hit someone with your car? Uninsured? Don't pay a cent!"
Definitely some of the slimiest practice I've seen
