Going bu her IMDB I don’t think she is, but she’s had a variety of TV roles since the 70s.
In the film he just said "You're not doing this. You can't be doing this." Which could be taken either as "You're not strong enough." or "This shit is too hard/dangerous to do."

You're not doing this, the effort would kill you.
Why do people praise this movie as some sort of important milestone of cinema when it's a mediocre movie that kinda half-assed any subversion it tried to pull when it's a genre movie made to sell kids toys made by one of the biggest movie companies in the world that are on their way to becoming a borderline monopoly? I don't get why so many self proclaimed progressives flock to protect this movie when there are so many better, independently produced movies directed, written and produced by women and ethic minorities that could really need the help of mainstream media to get some buzz going in the general public.
I've seen far more people saying it's the a irredeemably garbage film than saying it's a modern day Citizen Kane. Really, it's just an okay movie with a fair share of issues, some of which seem to matter more to some people than others. There are plenty of way worse movies that have been rated much better but for some reason people on both sides get super uppity because it's Star Wars.
It's not baseless at all, but TLJ has its own set of bullshit, regardless of whether it was furthered along by social engineering and even contains social engineering of its own, if you'll recall the press conference surrounding its announcement.
An easy target with all the markers to begin with.
This is literally the known MO of the bot networks
They track millions of topics, seeing which ones are culturally spicy, antagonize, then track the effectiveness of said antagonization. It's much more effective than starting their own topics. They just amplify.
This way the issues that are really politically divisive also seem like grassroots ones. Arguably the goal is simply a perception of increased divisiveness and low stability (which in turn increases divisiveness and decreases stability)
The sheer hatred this film has stirred is so fucking tiresome. I liked the film, really didn't care for some parts, thought some parts were pretty shite, loved the Kylo Ren - Rey scenes and left the cinema pretty satisfied though not blown away.
I can certainly see why some people wouldn't like it, or even hate it, but the lengths some people have gone to to call it a irredeemable piece of shit, the worst film ever and a disaster on every front is just sad and lame. It gets even worse when the alt right jump in and tear down Holdo not for being a lame character with a nonsense plot, but for apparently being some progressive shoe in thanks to the colour of her hair. Don't get me started on the bullying of that poor actress.
What the hell is wrong with some people? It's a damn film, from a franchise who's main set of films haven't been that great since the 80s. The prequels were disgustingly bad at times yet it didn't create nearly as much manbaby rage as this, in fact, TLJ is a masterpiece compared to EPI tbh.
We get it Star Wars community, some of you really hate this movie. It's been almost a year, please move on. The rest of us really don't care anymore.
