The amount of exclusives out for PS4 is unbelievable. That shit has ruined and divided the gaming market.
I can't believe this isn't a parody, how could anyone think this was a good idea
BiA is one of my all time favorite series and I had never heard of this, I feel like I just died a little inside
Don't worry, that game got sacked in 2015 with any ready assets being put instead into the development of - get ready for it - Battleborn.
Basically, instead of making a WWII themed co-op shooter, a genre Gearbox is familiar with, they instead tried to make a knockoff Overwatch because Randy has never made a poor executive decision like that before. Well, if you exclude Aliens: Colon Marines and 2011's GOTY, Duke Nukem Forever.
I don't understand how that's possible. My shitty laptop with a Radeon R6 and no video RAM can run Borderlands 2 at 60 frames per second.
Borderlands 2 is badly optimized beyond its intended smoothed 60fps console framerate target. It will run 60fps on a potato but it also runs 60fps on top of the line hardware which is the issue. A 1080ti with a 6700k shouldn't dip down to 60fps on a 6 year old game that isn't even really visually complex on a technical level. Not to mention PhysX being badly implemented that even the latest NVIDIA GPUs still can't run it consistently above 40fps on typical firefights.
IIRC Furious 4 was what it was by the request of Ubisoft, the WW2 genre was dying when the last Brothers in Arms game came out so they had to switch of tone, but labelling Furious 4 as Brothers in Arms rightfully pissed off many people. Hell's Highway even ends on a cliffhanger, wich makes it obvious that they weren't planning on making some wacky looking WW2-esque game before Ubisoft intervened.
Money I imagine. From how well funded sony exclusives seem to be, I wouldn't be surprised.
Todd straight up called people degenerates (in a joke, of course) and got away with it, imagine if Randy did something like that
