This is what I thought before I quit sugary drinks. Now it's a perfect amount of flavor. It's kind of strange.
for a normal diet I'd say so but that's a massive amount of sodium coupled with a poor diet.
I doubt it'll ever be healthy to eat the same thing every day for years
Not to mention how incredibly boring it would be
Sadly, this doesn’t work for me because I hardly drink any soda at all.
Soda water is something you drink to make yourself more bitter.
It's like taking everything you like about the taste of water but somehow making it worst.
Water is pretty bland as is.
m8 ur so wrong its making water fun
I heard he died... instantly.
All this talk of soda being bad for you makes me thankful that I've never been able to enjoy it, because I can't stand carbonation. It's been nothing but water, milk, and fruit juice for me my whole life, and really mostly just water.
I never understood trying to find weird compromise foods vs simply eating healthy most of the time and then having a soda etc. once in awhile.
There's someone I follow on IG and all they post on their stories is photos of la croix, like daily. It's fucking weird.
All soda water does is make water angry.
Industrial produced not japanese ramen has nutrition profile quite far away from water
msg doesn't cause high blood pressure, the things msg is packaged with cause high blood pressure.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Its humanely impossible to eat the same thing everyday, feel bad for that guy maybe he had a shortage of money?
RIP Parappa, seems like 100 years worth of noodles took it's toll.
Considering he was regarded as an "inspiration" for being this "exemplary, hardworking" student, hardcore eating instant noodles just to crunch more study time - I would say that it's a combination of how this person lived. Crunching yourself constantly to live like that with that kind of stress is going to wreck your body so bad and even faster so with a bad diet. The diet comes with the lifestyle.
Bad nutritional profile =/= cancer at age 18. I mean, at that point it was even stage four, so the boy must've developed cancer even sooner after starting his consumption of noodles.
Unless you've got proof of a bunch of similar cases, where eating instant noodles consistently result in cancer more quickly than smoking two packs of cigarettes a day (or more) or asbestos exposure, excuse me if I'm being a bit sarcastic with regards to the assumption being made. I realise these are very different cancers, but I hope you get my point.
