I am not sure if something like this should be perceived as rape especially if they were near climax. What sort of a woman would report something like this to the police and not have it basically be false rape accusation? Not all men have the sufficient self control to suddenly and immediately pull out if they are in the moment while not even remotely having any malevolent intent. The more accurate question would be why a woman would want to ruin a man's life over 30 seconds or what kind of woman would pull this sort of bullshit or what kind of woman would find her sexual session to be so mindblowingly repugnant right in the middle of it that she cannot go through a short quantity of mild annoyance.

Rape in general should be treated extremely seriously due to how mindblowingly malevolent of an act it is and how horrendously harmful it can be to human wellbeing.
Technically it would still be rape. Of course the police might raise an eyebrow and ask the victim twice if she really wants to press charges over that, but the point was that rapes should be looked at on a case-by-case basis.

This case is a particularly serious case of assault, and the accused have indeed proven themselves to be dangerous all things considered. I think the shortest sentence handed out was 3 years for one of them, which does seem like a small number on paper but in reality it's a pretty long time to have your freedom, family and friends taken away from you.
I was under the impression that was the case already, it seems rather strange to my dinosaur awareness of legal systems that something like rape would NOT be meticulously examined per specific incident, because going to prison for five years over giving a women mild discomfort is indeed inconceivable.
I don't know why it wasn't obvious. My only point was that serial rapists should be jailed for life. I realize there are cases where something being a rape isn't so cut and dry, and others where the rapist themselves is not well in the head and needs treatment more than jail (particularly, child rapists who themselves were raped as children). I'm not talking about shit like that, obviously - I'm talking about people like the ones in the OP, who know exactly what they are doing and don't give a shit about the lives they're destroying. Cunts like these should forfeit any right to ever live outside of a prison again.

My apologies, I wasn't trying to imply you thought the sentences were fair. If they got a more fitting sentence I wouldn't have advocated such a harsh response but I utterly despise predators especially in light of their targeting school students. They should understand what it is to be violated for no reason than someone else's petty gratification.

That's not what people are doing. They're posting insane, violent fantasies as if that's somehow normal and healthy behavior.
That actually happened to me with my ex, except she didn't actually tell me to stop. She had vaginismus, which could sometimes make sex painful, and this time it happened mid-sex. She tried to push me away but I just thought she wanted some more breathing room, so I didn't stop. Apparently she was tetanised and couldn't speak. It's only after a little while that I realized something went wrong, but she wouldn't tell me why.
A month later, she spilled it all, told me she had PTSD from that event in the same way a rape victim would. I hated my guts and wanted to help her but I clearly wasn't the right person for that, since she resented me for it to the point where she stopped hugs and kisses, and sex was obviously out of the window. She didn't want a therapy either.
She grew colder and colder until I found out that she had cheated/planned to cheat on me, at which point I broke it off.
So yeah, I suppose that can actually hurt. These things are complicated.
