I like that
PHP just looks like it's begging to be pronounced "FFFP", like a fast, squeaky fart.
It's not, someone was thinking with the oldpunch rules not the newpunch rules.
Trash game.
Dead game.
Such a colossal fuck up, pack up some KY jelly beth you are going to need it.
I probably won't buy Doom Eternal on the Bethesda launcher because I don't trust them with my credit card anymore. Sorry, id.
Well you know they could chose to release it elsewhere. With this situation i would expect their sales to perform badly.
Bcuz bethnet is now a thing
I'm still going to buy it because Id Software is a good developer that gives a shit about their games. Boycot Starfield, TES VI , Blades or anything actually being developed by Bethesda Game Studios instead. Boycotting Doom would send the wrong message entirely.
Beth said not every future release will be on the launch.
Then buy it from a key site.
One thing I've learned about these data breaches and leaks. It's always worse than they say it is
I was about to say the usual "they do this crap because they think they can get away with" but good god Im pretty sure no one in Bethesda or Zenimax didnt expect this shitshow to go even deeper
I will be pressing charges.
Keysites are even worse.
How so? I've been using Greenman Gaming for years.
They will never tell you if they get breached because they're already shadey as shit. One of Greeman's competitors lost all of their information that they had stored on plain text and it was never released, people only found out later after it shut down and one of the admins starting laughing about it on another forum.
GMG is actually partnered with some publishers, so I'm sure they take this much more seriously.
Isn't GMG the one that the Borderlands Team tried to partner with until everyone pointed out how fucking sketchy they are?
Green Man Gaming is a legit retailer though. They get keys directly from publishers. Though there was that one Witcher incident where CDPR didn't want them selling the Pre-Orders for less than they were, so they bought a bunch of keys at the pre-order price and then sold them for a bit cheaper, at a loss, just to stick it to CDPR
I don't think so?
That was G2A I believe, a super sketchy grey market. One that didn't even use HTTPS during checkout at the time
Alright, nevermind then. I must have been confusing the two.
I hope Doom Eternal follows suit, because I won't buy it outside of steam
Good for you dude. After the way you defended Takashi 69 (or whatever)
I thought for sure God Howard would get a pass. You're learning!
This from a guy who begged for someone to buy him Star Citizen in multiple discord servers for days. If you actually bought the $200 FO76 package then that explains everything
Bethesda should change their profession to making Swiss cheese because they seem to be really good at that.
As i stated before it's release they "shit the bed"
There' a myriad of relevant XKCD's on the matter but here are a pair of my favourites.

If there is something that we can learn here, it's that Bethesda was never good to begin with and that we are all brainlets for thinking so to begin with.
In fact, I would like to see nothing more than Bethesda forcibly disbanded, with their employees beheaded ISIS-style, and Lyin' Todd raped to death on live television.
I think you took a wrong turn, /v/ is the other way.
