I am so fucking excited to see this movie, guys. We've only just seen the poster and it already feels like a fever dream.
It reminds me of those unity asset flip games. There's a sonic model that looks like a man with some shitty sonic hair on his head, and this poster looks just like that.
Pun on "whole new breed of hero" but it falls flat on its ass.
Thing is they say the whole "real eyes" thing like it was all they could do. I mean, I think if you have an abomination at that point, maybe it's a sign that the fucking movie isn't going to work if the titular character is almost impossible to adapt. Either bite the bullet and make him a cartoon or just leave it alone lmao

As a long time Sonic fan, I think i've found my newest nightmare.

The most fascinating thing about all this is that the people who made this video (Marza Animation Planet) are actually working on this movie as well.
Because Hollywood is filled with fucking morons. Like the movie studio executive who greenlit a hundred million dollar film about his 4 year old kid's imaginary monsters living inside trucks. And the producer who kept trying to shove a giant mechanical spider into various films just so he could go down in history as the guy who put a giant mechanical spider on screen. (He finally got his wish with the movie reboot of Wild Wild West, and the results speak for themselves.)
