Holocaust denialism/minimization is essentially the gateway drug for neofascism. It was a popular tactic of postwar Nazi propaganda, such as the works of David Irving, to downplay the significance or deny the existence of Nazi atrocities so they can make an easier moral defense of the Nazis. In a weird way this makes Nazis act kind of like Scientology, they have certain beliefs that are the foundation of their inner circle, and beliefs that they use to recruit new suckers. For many, Holocaust denial is the foundation myth of neo Nazism, so even when they reach the later levels where they actually want genocide to occur, they still at least play lip service to the myth of its non-existence.

I hate nazi's but this isn't really true? The "Aryan" bloodline contains hundreds of thousands of people who are further seperate than 3rd cousins, thus they're not inbreeding. Their pseudoscientific of "genetic purity" is the exact same one that European royal families used to justify inbreeding for centuries, it stands to reason that it would result in the same end. Their goal is to reduce the human population, and with it its genetic diversity, to the tune of tens of millions of people, that will result in less genetic diversity and more inbreeding, especially since it's already an identifiable trend among Nazi groups as they're quite insular to begin with.

Well that's the outcome with the small fringe of unironic nazis we have now, certainly. But the idea that they're operating under is that they use eugenics on a statewide scale to produce that master race (again, discounting the occult side of that, but at that point why bother talking), and inbreeding is really only a problem in small groups, not an entire state's population.
