When 1 bread crumb in your soup can send you to hospital you tend to get a bit paranoid.
My parents used to think I was allergic to milk. They even took me to an allergy test where we uncovered that I don't like milk
I used to be allergic to cinnamon when I was little, as in throat-closes-up-with-anaphylaxis-call-a-god-damn-ambulance-now. Years passed then one day at a Christmas market I ate a cinnamon biscuit, totally forgot I was meant to be allergic to it and ended up being fine.
I have no allergies either. Perhaps they should study how many people who think they have no allergies actually have allergies with.. some.. less noticeable symptoms that we've taken for granted all this time. Idk.
I've eaten chocolate all my life, lots more of it through my puberty years, since I was 22 (24 now) my nose always itches when I eat chocolate, it's fucking annoying but I will never fully admit that I'm developing some sort of allergy to it lol
I was having some stomach problems last month and my mom dropped on me: "Oh you probably have the gluten thing I have. You should go and get a doctor to confirm. But if they say you don't have it don't listen to em, they said mine wasn't real so fuck em" *has gluten allergy tattoo*
Quite a bit is wrong with my poop tubes and immune system, long story short 90% of what you find in a grocery store makes me shit blood, constipates me, gives me flu symptoms, painful gas, etc. Worst pain I've ever experienced in my entire life, was from a thc infused mint that had sorbitol in it. I'm pretty fucked.
yeah absolutely. i used to be completely invulnerable to milk products. i could drink a fuckton of milk and eat a lot of cheese and have no problem. then one day out of the blue i drank some milk and my stomach didn't really agree with it. now i can't really consume milk without having to pay dearly for it later. i have to drink lactose free milk or soy milk.
