As we have made her stateless she isn't really under anyones jurisdiction. No one is now responsible for her, Syria won't do anything about her seeing as shes just some Jihadi bride and they have bigger issues than chasing down some 19 year old girl and her dead baby.

Just because this is an international forum doesn't mean you should assume two very different societies and governments would handle things the same.
The Netherlands thinks if he comes back he gets jail and being closely monitored for the rest of his life, not to mention a probable no-fly mandate keeping him out of most of the civilized world.
