Marvel announces the first release date plans for MCU Phase 4

if they do bring mutants into the MCU it will be interesting to see how they reconcile the two mutant characters (scarlet witch, quicksilver) with their opposing X-men backstory. they're supposed to be genetic experiments in the MCU, but they are both mutants (or at least quicksilver is) in the XCU

Some of this stuff sucks, BTW. The Lizard story was particularly stupid, because it was just blatant shock value for no good reason, and it also existed in a continuity where Curt Conner's son has been in elementary school longer than Bart and Lisa Simpson.

And then there was also the story where Peter found out that Norman Osborn had had sex and a love child with Gwen Stacey. Possibly one of the top five worst moments in the history of comic books.
