I used to think the same way typical "incels" think. I really truly did. I thought women were ruining themselves sleeping with other guys, and I thought sex was the most important defining characteristic in a relationship. Finally after years of thinking this way, I had a good long think about it all and figured myself out.

Not always. Plenty of perfectly attractive ladies with ample C-cups and D-cups get boob jobs to give them hideously unnatural looking E and F cups for no reason other than because they want to 'look hot'.
There are also women who get boob jobs to go from A or B to C or D that look good.
And those who get Rhinoplasty, liposuction, eyelid surgery, face lifts, microdermabrasion, bone shaving... Etc.
All of which looks good in moderation, for the record. The reason that people think that plastic surgery is bad is that you can only tell someone's had it if they've had too much.
My point was more along the lines of 'women get plastic surgery purely for cosmetic reasons too', not 'all boob jobs look disgusting'.
Ah, sorry, I guess we're in agreement; a lot of people just actually hold the opinion that plastic surgery is exclusively used by women in a way that looks terrible, mostly because if tabloids.
