I also don't know if it scarred him, but the point is that it could have.
When deciding if an action like this is moral, thinking about how it might affect the person is a pretty good way to start.
It's also fuckin insufferable.
Its a suspended sentence, which means he's not doing any time. I think its very fair considering he essentially caused a man to vomit for profit with little if any remorse.
