8 years and I still never got gold because I rarely post. I wasn't active in this community but I visited this site every day. It's where I get all of my news, and it has shaped my intellectual thinking over the years. I recently lost my soulmate and now I'm losing my home, depressing.

14 years in this place, exactly half my lifetime as of now, Facepunch pretty much helped me perfect my english, keep me informed about games and the world in general and forming less shitty opinions about a multitude of subjects via discussions, I'd like to think it made me a better person and I'm gonna miss this place.
I found out about GMod(and consequentially about Facepunch) back in 2005 when I was googling for images that I could use as sprays in Counter-Strike Source and found this masterpiece of ragdoll posing:

I got curious how someone did this image, followed the watermark and bam got in here, if it wasn't for the noob mistake of whoever made this image leaving the Gmod watermark in the corner I probably wouldn't have found this place.
Oh shit wait really?? Tomorrow? Jesus christ I knew it was soon but not quite that sudden. Fuck, this is saddening. Well it's been a good 14 years of memeries, I guess I'm not that sad since the original FP experience has already been gone for a while, along with most of the original users, who've moved on in life.
