Look for local car auctions. You can usually find some good deals there. My last car was $900 and I personally got it for only $500. After driving it for three years I turned around and sold it for $2400 despite the fact it was in notably worse condition at the time than when I bought it. (Driving it around for six months in the middle of nowhere without the income to maintain it properly kinda does that.)
Good lord does Lego price gouge. What kind of profit are the making on one of those? $700 at least. I have loved Legos since I was a child but that price seems totally ridiculous.
I'm having a feeling part of the ridiculous pricetag is royalties paid to Disney.
The Mouse knows how much suckers are willing to pay for hyped merchandise.

No, it's just the cockpit, the engine room, and the lounge/computer station area. The hallways that go around the ship are represented with stickers that give the illusion of depth.
You can kinda see that here:

And they talk about it/show you in the video in the OP as well.
What I don't understand is how they put a hallway directly underneath a main vent/exhaust shaft. :v:
What the fuck do you drive, a go-kart?
I actually used to buy bread on a go kart, yay for roads where police never comes.
