Is there an amendment in place that stops states from making laws like "you must get/buy all your electricity from X or be imprisoned." due to lobbying?

Corporations arent persons, letting corporations lobby is bribery. Why do the courts have their head up their asses.

ACA set a Supreme Court precedent that you can be mandated to buy a product from a private company, under penalty of fines.
