I'm sure critics will hate the movie, but it's sadly still going to make it's money back easily, especially from brainless teenagers (mostly).
I don't think it'll be teenagers, ages 9-13 seems like a better fit. to be fair I think pretty much everyone sees this for what it is, a half assed cash grab
The best part of this movie will be the Half in the Bag that it's going to spawn.
The best part of this movie will be the Half in the Bag that it's going to spawn.
It'll be a good BotW choice too
My girlfriend kept saying "we should see it" when I told her it had a 0% rating on RT help
My girlfriend kept saying "we should see it" when I told her it had a 0% rating on RT help
A terrible tragedy is a comedy, a terrible comedy is a tragedy. This just terrible.
My girlfriend kept saying "we should see it" when I told her it had a 0% rating on RT help
If she is that interested in the movie and you tried to change her mind. Watch it with her out of empathy and kindness. The Emoji movie could be quite the experience for the both of you.
The best part of this movie will be the Half in the Bag that it's going to spawn.
They can probably always make an exception, but I'm afraid RLM won't cover this at all because they don't do animated movies in general.
My girlfriend kept saying "we should see it" when I told her it had a 0% rating on RT help
you should see it

You guys are just upset you didn't come up with such a revolutionary and youth centered masterpiece. This movie is going to send shockwaves to all the complacent directors out there in Hollywood.
this just in it made $1 billion in china and they're planning on making an expanded universe

They can probably always make an exception, but I'm afraid RLM won't cover this at all because they don't do animated movies in general.
I really think this might get an exception because it's THE film that can summarise almost all of their complaints about modern film productions. They won't exactly have much to say about the film I'm sure, but we might get another "Adam Sandler hack fraud" moment.
My girlfriend kept saying "we should see it" when I told her it had a 0% rating on RT help
Just sigh and say "This is why we can't have nice things" Remember, disappointment hurts more than anger!
My girlfriend kept saying "we should see it" when I told her it had a 0% rating on RT help
Bonding over terrible movies sounds great though
Bonding over terrible movies sounds great though
If you're gonna bond, at least do it over Neil Breen's 'Double down'. He's the best.
Bonding over terrible movies sounds great though
Can you maybe bond over a bad movie that's not in its box office gross phase, at the opening weekend no less Especially this one?? Sony pictures thinks about shutting down over a bomb and suddenly everyone wants to spend $11 on watching utter shit, I don't get it
The movie's already made $900k with it just behind Atomic Blonde's $1.5k it seems. [sp]let's hope it bombs[/sp]
Atomic blonde being ahead makes me happy because the projection was that emoji would make 2 million more than AB. Ofc it's Friday and I doubt kids movies typically have a lot of Thursday pre-screen turnouts [editline]28th July 2017[/editline] SOME FUCKWIT ACTUALLY GAVE IT A FRESH it's 3% now [t]http://i.imgur.com/BVXrvo1.jpg[/t] 6/10 and a negative statement got marked fresh, reminds me of ghostbusters. Are these automated?
So what I'm getting from these reviews is that there is nothing good about the film. Whereas any other bad movie will have some sort of entertainment or one thing good about it, this is just a complete waste of time and money that's not even worth watching because it's bad
One review marked fresh says the only good thing is the message, which is just stolen from wreck it Ralph

Maybe but it was a good high fiving point
