Marvel Comics is a successful company somehow ran by people who can't run anything bigger than a lemonade stand to save their lives.

Misconception, the movies are now completely under the Disney Films wing, and arent connected in any way to Marvel Entertainment.
This is because Kevin Feige had enough of their shit and went straight to Bob Iger about it, who evidently agreed with him.
Why do you think the Inhumans suddenly went from a Phase 3 film to a shitty ABC tv show thats so underbudget and rushed that before it even airs its been cancelled?

Marvel runs solely on nostalgia and outrage, and both are those are dwindling commodities, as sales attest.
