in jake's defense (lol), nothing he's posted to youtube could outright be nailed down as something that was against ToS. Granted I don't watch his videos, but just based on what's been posted around the several controversies he's already nailed himself into, most of his impropriety can be amounted to misdemeanors and being a nuisance IRL, nothing actually punishable under youtube ToS. And in a way he did also get his comeuppance by getting kicked off of that Disney channel show

Also I do agree that Logan should have gotten punished further for this, like even Pewdiepie got punished more aggressively than this and got an entire season of his Red show canceled on the spot for something that wasn't even said on youtube

meanwhile logan paul can post a dead body to his legions of pre-teen fans and he gets a slap on the wrist and his movie is merely "on hold"
