Winter Soldier does Hydra super well? Hydra does everything.
Milk that shit.
Age of Ultron? Rage of Ultron.
Milk that shit.
Civil War? Civil War II.
Milk that shit.
Defenders? Just use the TV line up.
Milk that shit.
What the actual fuck Marvel!? I seriously though Captain America was a secret Hydra was a Brainwashing (Marketing Stunt) but now you take it too many steps further, You made it that the Axis won WWII and The Allies just rewote reality to win.

Yes.
Captain America is, and always was, originally, a Hydra deep cover agent. The Allies rewrote history to make him a good guy, but his Hydra consciousness was metaphorically frozen in the fabric of reality so when a cosmic cube is used on him next he'll revert.
This is the kind of shit that permanently ruins a character.
Did someone let the giant comic companies be run by the "special ed" class?

I completely forgot about Civil War II. Why did it need to exist when even the first one already rocked comics? Making another one already diminishes what the first one was about.

Its usually just Marvel.
DC's fixed their shit.

What really makes me mad is I have a Friend who is a huge Comic Book fan and likes Captain America, Thor, Hulk and the other man ones.
I wonder what they're going to do next
10$ says that they actually write in that hydra were the good guys after all and the allies were all a part of an even more super secret evil cult
If they do this
I don't even
why

Rumor has it that the good writers saw this coming and either left or went 100% toward the Marvel Cinematic universe.

Well there WAS a rumor floating around that the Allies are secretly responsible for the holocaust and that was part of their reality rewrite.
This sounded like a cool marketing gimmick, quality of the stories aside. Those store owners sound like massive fucking crybabies
Could be, but I'm not sure why any LCS would want to play ball with Marvel, since they've been blaming the shops for not pushing the books that aren't selling and intentionally over-shipping product so both the distributor and the shops that get the orders have to front the bill for product that the shop doesn't and won't sell.

Daily reminder that they somehow managed to turn Carol Danvers into a fucking fascist across two different superhero Civil Wars set apart by a fucking decade.
It's some shit wizardry at work man, it's like they physically can't write an event that won't give people permament brain damage.

The free comic book day issue is where to keep an eye on. Can't say much, but from what I saw, people are going to be even angrier.

What
What
Heres the thing.
If it does happen, then Marvel is saying Hitler literally did nothing wrong, WE actually made him do it.
If it DOESNT happen, then Captain America, being a member of Hydra, not only clearly knew but allowed the holocaust to happen with seemingly no real problems with it.
Its fucked up either way.

Telling marvel to fuck off because they've become increasingly worse business partners is one thing, but these tweets are just oversensitive and idiotic. They're fictional characters in a fictional setting and their very existence is antagonized within this fictional setting to an extensive degree, why do people act like their ancestry is grounds for commercial boycott ?
If you want to tell marvel to fuck off and cut all business ties with them more power to you but don't utilize some long-gone ancestry to events that occurred two generations ago for it. That's more tasteless than whatever these people are acting so shocked about.

Because fictional content doesn't exist in a vacuum and has real world connotations and contexts that can be misconstrued by any number of people who are not aware of what Hydra is and the extent of fantasy that it exists in.
They're well within their right to not do something that may be insensitive to them as people.

Because some people are against dressing their establishments in faux-nazi imagery based on pure principle?

Yeah but Hydra started as and are still strongly associated with being a fictionalized arm of the Nazi's.
Their most common leader was Hitlers favorite boy toy.
Nazis still exist btw. They're not some fragment of the past.
I wonder if Disney will do anything regarding this, or if they're related to this. I'm somewhat confused about what lead up to the situation of Marvel as of current beyond Disney buying them and some stuff like character replacements.

Disney hasnt done anything, its their inaction thats allowed Marvel to become such shit.
Not willingly, im betting, its because of Ike Perlmutter. He owns the 4th or 5th highest shares in Disney and has some serious pull iirc, and almost every problem Marvel has now can be correlated back to him in some way, from something he mandated or some action he took. Marvel Studios was separated from them due to Ike and his behavior, at Kevin Feiges request, and Kev is a massive Marvel fanboy, so that should let you know what Ike is like.
Plus that time Ike tried to fuck over Stan Lee, of all people. He has no respect for Marvel or its history, all he cares about is profits and penny pinching.

saying that they have a holocaust denial agenda wouldn't be far off if it happens

ancestry has nothing to do with this, or at least, it's a valid excuse but isn't required to be annoyed
you can be annoyed at this and not be gay/jewish/polish/handicapped/an ex-PoW/etc
If that rumor i just heard is true, then wew its gonna get even worse.
Soooo [sp]was Captain America always a Hydra Agent in the original universe and that the origin we saw was a fabrication of the Allies using a Macguffin?[/sp]
What the hell's going on with Marvel HQ? Who writes this shit? I get it, "comics are weird", but this is really far out there.
One comic artist pretty much openly admitted that they come up with stupid ideas that piss people off, or are shocking, because those comics sell better
"Captain America is a Nazi" and "Superman Dies (Again)" sell better than "Superhero does what he's always doing"

Imagine getting upset over a fictional evil organization

Exept that that strategy has deminishing returns and we not only past the point where there are no returns anymore, but the comics without those dumb twists sell better.

It was Tom Brevoort, he's an editor for Marvel, not an artist.
He even mocked the idea of audience apathy or diminishing returns.
He's also a moron.
How much of a special snow flake do you have to be to complain about a fictional organization... Wonder what their reaction would be if they were requested to dress up as Storm Troopers.
