I can get the angle of it being abuse, but one of the worst? Have you ever seen a pregnancy check done? Obviously the reasons are very different, but I doubt the animal gives a shit.

That's not to say that this shit ain't totally fucking gross, obviously. But physical abuse (that may obviously go hand in hand with this shit) is way worse in my book.
