The fucked up thing is that Jolie is a woman, and the girl in the OP is still just a girl Jolie is in her 40's so she has that look that older women have. I came in here expecting something uncanny valley sort of like that Ukrainian human Barbie, but it just looks like a scruple-less plastic surgeon just took her and her family for a wild financial ride. I never know what to think about these sorts of plastic surgery cases. Does this qualify as self-mutilation? Is it alright to self-mutilate to fulfill body dysmorphia images? Should it be legal for plastic surgeons to do it? The whole thing is a bizarre and uncomfortable topic. I guess people with sufficient mental disorders and money would just go down the barrel right to the bottom if need be until they find a surgeon without ethics or concern for their well being.

Plastic surgery, sure, but not body horror botched surgery nightmare face bad. There is more going on yet, some of her instagram images are shot to deliberately make her face appear more unsettling with makeup, lighting, costume choice, shot composition in addition to shopping her face. Especially the makeup part is really suspicious, it is very specifically makes her appear more deformed and monstrous instead of following conventional makeup guidelines. I think someone is trying specifically to sell that plastic surgery gone wrong narrative and its not hard to imagine why. Who cares about another mediocre face job if it just looks like any other plastic surgery: Very obviously operated on and arguably not as pretty as before but by no means newsworthy nightmare fuel. It's really bizarre that she deliberately photoshops the pictures to look more like a corpse. But yeah, her actual proportions aren't that extreme, it's a combination of liquify and makeup, plus the light blue contacts that make her so uncanny. This is absolutely a promotional stunt.
