That theory makes zero sense for so many dumb reasons it's astounding you would even suggest that.

All the weapons are known to be legally purchased from multiple places over about a years time, right there the theory you suggested is dead, this has been known from about day one.

The mystery note that they "refueled to elaborate on" was just a bunch of calculations the shooter did in order for him to know where to aim to hit the crowd. This was released by the police about two days ago and has been all over the news.

Its almost like people who entertain these ideas don't know anything about the case to begin with.

They actually did, iirc. They claimed the shooter had converted to Islam months prior to the attack.

They were almost certainly lying.
