So someone who has totally fucking lost it could approach killing another person as a chore they have to do. Depends entirely on what's wrong with them tbh. Mentally instability is a terrifying thing, it's hard to predict how a neurotypical person will behave at times, let alone someone who has literally stopped caring about the actions they perform.
