there was a time where you could actually walk into any of the major Disney theme parks and there would be a stand that was serving exclusively McDonald's fries, and they were literally always hot and fresh. They tasted better than any McD's fries I've had before or since [t]http://www.yesterland.com/images-wdw/mcwdw_fairfax2008ww.jpg[/t] [t]http://www.yesterland.com/images-wdw/mcwdw_gold2007ww.jpg[/t] [t]http://www.yesterland.com/images-wdw/mcwdw_petrifries2007ww.jpg[/t] [t]http://www.yesterland.com/images-wdw/mcwdw_village2008ww.jpg[/t] [t]https://i.pinimg.com/736x/08/fc/5d/08fc5d29feabd2936c72b19d68051d14--mcdonalds-fries-vintage-disneyland.jpg[/t] unfortunately all of them shuttered around 2010-2011
When I was a kid, happy meals here would have pokemon plush toys and they were actually pretty decent quality I cherished my Zubat plush :cat:
[t]https://i.redd.it/7vnmhkqab2xy.jpg[/t]
Oh shit, I remember these. I thought these were so cool when I was a kid. :v:

They were from KFC:

I CHOOSE Y-" "Embrace the age old flavor of the Colonel's secret recipe..." :speechless:
Remember those pokemon cards from Burger King that, as far as you could tell as a child, were solid gold?
Best thing was still the inspector gadget toys they had in Canada for a while. Was there on vacation and almost got all parts before going home, the last few were sent through mail by my relatives there. That thing looked derpy as hell but it was awesome:
i wanted to finish this so bad but i only ever got the arm with the red thing on it and the hat :(
Do you still want it / what country are you in? I've had my fun with it as a kid, I'd be more than happy sending those parts your way if you're willing to take on the shipping for it. Then you can have the 'Go-Go-Gadget 100% youth completion' you never had.
thanks for the offer but that's okay! more just musing back on the cool happy meal toys they had back then
Together they can rule the world
i wanted to finish this so bad but i only ever got the arm with the red thing on it and the hat :(
I was so sad I didn't manage to get the head for this thing: [t]http://www.3dworldshop.com/WebRoot/StoreNL2/Shops/544034815/51AD/DF6B/286E/390A/4418/C0A8/28B8/35EF/P1130432_1.jpg[/t] Then some time later when I woke up on my birthday, the complete statue was sitting on my nightstand. My parents had gone to McDonalds and asked for the head and they were nice enough to give it to them.

I think I had all the pieces except the hat.

It was for Matthew Broderick's movie I remember my grandparents would eat happy meals and one day showed up to my daycare to hand me a bag just fucking FULL of inspector gadget parts. Wonder where they are now...
This sounds like such a parody of advertising I don't know whether or not to believe it.
I still have the tapes in an old cardboard box at home. If you're okay with terribly edited Pokemon episodes on VHS, interspliced with generic ad shots of an Arab family enjoying a bucket of chicken at a very nineties franchise of KFC, lemme know :v: I never got to see what the episodes actually looked like until very recently, when noodling around on Netflix and I saw that all of the Pokemon series was there. It...hasn't aged very well. :v:

It was by the entrance on the right side of World Showcase before getting into Canada.
Remember those pokemon cards from Burger King that, as far as you could tell as a child, were solid gold?
Man, I do. They were quite heavy too.
