It sucks when people try to use a horrible occurrence like this as a soapbox to push their hatred against a minority group. Not only is it irrelevant, but disrespectful as fuck towards the victims. If you're like this, don't pretend you actually give a fuck about the victim. Anyways, someone better lose their job.

This just came up on my Facebook feed. It's staggering the number of retards actually defending this.

Ive seen videos of people ripping apart their tendons and being stuck in the splits position until paramedics arrived. I really doubt you understand what you're talking about.

It's called torture, and honestly the way the entire team was involved and the fact that it was a person of authority doing this to her, and the fact that she was restrained and methodically had pain inflicted on her as she cried for them to stop, means this should be punished more than a simple assault would.

It is absolutely disgusting that the school did absolutely nothing until the videos were leaked to the media. I hope people get arrested for this, especially since the girl was injured.

I really don't understand where the coach thought that would be a good idea. That's a good way to tear ligaments and muscles, causing injury that could prevent her from ever doing the splits. Guy has no idea what he's doing and has no business coaching girls, or anything for that matter.

They also bounced into stretches and other terrible shit for their tenons and joints.
