:disgust:

Corpses of family members were often buried for days then exhumed once the corpses were infested with maggots at which point the corpse would be dismembered and served with the maggots as a side dish.
btw if it wasn't clear I don't support cannibalism in the 21st century in a first world country.
I don't care where you're from. Eating your dead family members isn't cool.
There's nothing inherently wrong with cannibalism. It's simply a major, cultural taboo in large parts of the world. If certain cultures have practiced ritual cannibalism of the dead for centuries, and they want to keep doing it, I don't see anything wrong with that. As long as it doesn't involve murder and that the person being eaten gives consent while alive. Though they should be aware of the risks of eating another human. I personally find cannibalism to be disgusting and glad that it's illegal.
About the maggots thing, for some reason they're like a tasty addition to other cuisines as well :vomit: Take maggot cheese for example, in Italy - outlawed, but a delicacy none the less:
I misread that as Cannabism Study Finds People Are Not That Nutritious at first, then I found out what Cannabism is from UD :v: I've read previous accounts of cannibalism describing human meat as sweet, softer than beef. I guess acidity comes with that too.
Yeah, well, these ramen noodles aren't very nutritious either, and I ain't about to stop eating those. This sounds like a ploy from Big Veganism to get me to throw away all that sweet long-pork I got in my freezer. Hah! Fat chance. Nice try, vegans.
You will start to suffer from various symptoms if you subsist on humans for too long, but it's not down to one disease. Edit: There's also the small matter that somewhat ironically humans don't contain all of the various minerals, vitamins and other essentials that we need to survive, so you'll be looking at malnutrition pretty quickly as well.
so how do you avoid these issues I NEED IT FOR UHHH REASONS
