Apparently Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtsman gave Michael Bay the outline to TF2 before joining the strike and he filled in the blanks himself. Would have the film be better if not for the strike? We'll never know as two movies afterward we got Ehren "We'll kill them all" Kruger to replace them. Now he gets canned with better guys for TF5.
