i mentioned localbitcoin because its an option for in person cash purchases, i have used a atm but the fees are pretty sucky
I use Coinbase personally, it seems like the best way to convert fiat to crypto in the U.S.
In Helsinki, I've seen at least 2 Bitcoin ATM's. No idea you can do on them though, I'd assume retrieving money.
