Nobody should condone vigilante justice or violence but I don't feel sorry for that guy. Being drunk doesn't protect you from the law either, good thing he gets prosecuted, probably gets off on bail or small fine anyways for being drunk. Again, I don't care for the guy either, and totally understand why he was attacked too, but I just don't think it's right and that it's hypocritical to assault them, as well as it being generally unhelpful to the cause and justifying his side to be more wary/fearful/aggressive towards us, as we are to/of them.

"Fascism rejects assertions that violence is automatically negative in nature and views political violence, war, and imperialism as means that can achieve national rejuvenation"

There is a lot more to nazism and fascism than just political violence. Political violence isn't exclusive to nazism or fascism, and using it doesn't make you a fascist or a nazi. Antifa isn't fascist because it engages in political violence - it's anarcho-communist (for the most part). Anarchists, communists, socialists, capitalists, monarchs, democrats, nazis, fascists, dictators, terrorists - all of them have used political violence at some point in history. I wholeheartedly disagree with the use of political violence by any group, but to claim that [I]any and all[/I] usage of political violence makes you "like a nazi" is just wrong. If you're a Jewish person who used political violence against Hitler's nazi regime, does that make you no better than a nazi?
