This is absolutely fucking awful. I hate hearing about incidents like this, especially at concert venues of all places. If this is a bomb, I severely hope that its a rogue person and not an organised attack. My thoughts go to everybody involved in this. Nobody, absolutely nobody, should have to suffer this.
I hope they track down the person responsible.

The fact they put ages in there so soon despite the police usually being reluctant to give out victim info really throws these 20+ dead sources into question.
Wait until police briefing, which given they're only just had bomb disposal on scene, and now have to go through an entire stadium for a possible non-existent bomb might take a while.
