I got my refund (EU) like 3 years ago when scandal happened.
I was chatting to Amazon about it and they gave me 60 Euro so I ordered a 120GB SSD which I still have to this day.

I got a letter saying I didn't fill out the entire form, so I gave them the information again and I still haven't gotten my check.

I'm really pissed, about a month-and-a-half ago I got a letter from this settlement thing, but the letter didn't contain any damn money. It was telling me that my proof of ownership was invalid for some reason. It was asking for more proof, so I decided to send my serial number because I figured it would be more definitive than what I sent before, and I haven't heard back from them since.
I'm pretty much convinced they denied that proof too, and I won't be seeing my settlement money after all this damn time.

Got an email from my retailer that I could get a full refund on the card, no questions asked.
However even with the 3.5GB, it was the best to its price so I kept it.
I still rate it 3.5/4
I got $90 from this so fuck yeah
