Valve's Steam Link is one dollar (in a $9 bundle) right now - Sensationalist Headlines

Why's everyone complaining about the cost of shipping? On Amazon ATM it's $30 w/ free 2 day shipping if you have Prime. Here it's $16 something with shipping, including a game. Who cares if half of that $16 is shipping? You're still paying less.

We realize it's still less (even though it has gone on sale for $15 before) but really it's no better than an infomercial. Just pay separate shipping and handling for your FREE GIFT! Did we mention it's free? $7.99 shipping and handling fee, and it can be yours for FREE!

I get bad streaming experiences on my laptop connected to WiFi and it gets great speeds.

My desktop is connected via Ethernet to a secondary router in media bridge mode, which is bridging the primary over a 5 GHz network. The Steam Link will then be connected to the main router through Ethernet. The 5 GHz over two routers might be more reliable than using just standard WiFi adapters like in the Link or a desktop, but we'll see.

Tried both 2.4 and 5.0 GHz (fiber WiFi) with 10-20 MB bandwith limit, and no ethernet cables connected - works great

Also "universally free shipping"? That's a fucking joke Dude. Even on Amazon there's shitloads of things that don't have free shipping.

I got my shipping e-mail today letting me know it is out of Steam's hands and in the carrier. It's ETA is 10/28.
