Seven foreigners out of the hundreds of thousands of Syrians and Iraqis that DAESH brutalised, raped and murdered - IMO if any single country is entitled to put them on trial it's Iraq, then the Hague if that's not viable.

Sending them to Guantanamo Bay or simply shooting them behind a corner makes them martyrs. They need to be taken apart piece by piece in a real trial.

And you expect the iraqi courts to give them a fair trial?

Just look at Saddam's trial for example.
