Then again, I don't think we've ever seen what a Quarian looks like in terms of the face. For all we know they could have multiple trunk-like appendages where the nose is supposed to be, like Cthulhu's moustache. (I could handle her having a face like an octopus, to be fair) I think her being bald would be acceptable, though, since hair isn't everything and it kinda works for the Asari.

Personally I'd prefer they never unmask her.
