This is ENBSeries. A modified, preconfigured copy, but it uses ENB as the base.

ENB hardly works in 1.0.7.0. Half the effects don't work at all, the other half are fucked up and need to be disabled to make the game look decent again..Plus you have that red/white sky glitch.

The configs in OP make it look more cinematic, as if you're watching through a camera..

That's a bug with ENB series and 1.0.7.0. It's unfixable.
