that actually looks hilariously ugly
It only looks bad in screenshots.
If you can past the ridiculous bloom in some areas, it's very beautiful in-game.
hmm i love when my games look avante garde even though they are mainstream games!~~
so a game that already runs like total shit is going to run even worse

It runs better with this, believe it or not.
I can play this mod with the newest version of the Steam GTA IV.

yeah, it will, you'll be mnissing out on a few features but it's infinitely preferable to reapplying an older patch over your up do date version, which will not work however much you idiots want it to

My FPS went down by about 10 every time I enabled it and went back up when I disabled it with the shortcut.
So it doesn't run better at all, quite the opposite for me anyway.
Also this is a terrible ENB config anyway, sharpen and shitloads of bloom does not look good :v:

Well, I don't know if it dropped FPS for me, but it definitely does run smoother for me.
We can use it in a steam support ticket.

I'm fairly sure with 240 games that steam support wouldn't just hand it over with one CD-Key.
Also I want decent DoF :(
Does it matter if I install this with or without Ultimate City Textures?
This makes me wish I didn't get GTA IV on the PS3.

If I'm not mistaken, early codes like GTA IV's could be reused multiple times.

They're independent, but install UCT if you want an extra visual boost. Personally I use Better City Textures because it's the only one with a working torrent.
snip too many tabs
I hope they will eventually make it for 1.0.7.0.

I'm running it on 1.0.7.0
It looks completely fine. Occasionally the sky will turn red, but if you adjust the camera a little bit, it'll go back to normal. I haven't noticed any problems with performance either. I have everything on high/very high and shadows on medium, view distance 85, vehicle and detail dist 100.

Same with me.
But... GTX 560ti and a I7 CPU so I think that speaks on it's own.

I have the sky turning red too, but I also have some high brightness with day time and cloudy weather.
I think this is too real. I don't like it.
This looks good in motion, not so much in screenshots. Regardless, I took this:

For those that don't know, push P to activate DoF.

don't install the mod (or set the weather to cloudy / change to night time)
I'm drooling for real right now.

Thought you imported a GTA4 taxi into Deus Ex for a second there.
Looks amazing other than what appears to be a bit less AA than I'd prefer.
Shame my computer wouldn't be able to run it. Need to upgrade sometime.
how the flip do I turn down bloom
I believe there's a bloom option in the enb config that you can switch to "false".

Turn down =/= Turn off.
its a shame my pc can hardly run GTAIV
I feel you man, my PC sucks too.
Turn down =/= Turn off.
this, the bloom is an integral part of the config but there's just a little too much of it
I think this would cause my computer to implode.
