Some guy was being an idiot on outpost or just being misleading to scam people but heres what happened.
He posted on a ton of trades at TF2 Outpost claiming that he had a coupon that gave you a 25% discount on any game on steam. When I checked it was the 25% off any Valve game coupon.

Just use your sword/crossbow and arrow traps. Magic seems to break the achievement.
