Right click on the tastbar then properties then navigation.

The only thing I use that got added with 8.1 is the ability to use desktop wallpaper for the start screen.

The other things are nice to have I guess. ( at work I often use the right click start menu (or win+x ))

$2 more than SiB. As far as I know you can install it on as many computers you want as well.
