What does windmills have to do with anything? And regarding wi-fi, the radiation it emits isn't ionizing so I do not worry.

if you don't worry about wifi radiation then why do you worry about ecigs

It's gross, looks bad and spreads a vapor of poison? It also infuriates me to no end that when you tell someone to kindly take their vaping outdoors they always get so incredibly immature "lol nobody cares what u think nerd xD" (Taken from real life experiences) So we need laws to sternly tell them to get the fuck out or forcefully be brought out of the establishment.

Two of your "points" are your dumb opinion and one is a scaremonger-tier exaggeration
so you get bullied by people who use it and that's why you don't like it
ok
Not to mention you told them to go outside to continue doing something perfectly acceptable. They're kind of in the right telling you to piss off.
Well you do sound like a nerd; and this is coming from a guy who's never smoked a cigarette or an ecig.

this is about equal to you when it comes to cleanliness
did you know that worrying about this shit will cause more stress on your body than the stuff itself?
by giving a shit, you actually are causing more damage
The only problem i see with them is that non-smokers start using them because it's not as harmful as a cigarette but essentially they start taking a drug just for the ssake of it.

If I went up to them in a place like a resturant and they were there before i got there and the owner ok's it would have been retarded. But when they do it in a classroom I am in the right really.

it's your teacher's decision, not yours
if they don't care, deal with it
Nobody's stopped me from vaping indoors yet. I don't think most people around here take it seriously.
I'm not against e-cigs, I think they're fine but do normal cigarette laws apply to them? Laws may be different everywhere, I live in canada. I think the only ones allowed to be sold where I live are ones with no-nicotine only, so would that mean a store would even sell them to a minor since there's no nicotine and no (actual) smoke?
Ok so I started smoking when I was 19-20 ish. Picked up one of these recently and it's the only thing saving me from spending like $50 on smokes a week.
It's HARDLY the same taste, regardless of the flavour. Successfully switched over like a week ago, from smoking just at home prior for another 2 weeks.
I tried smoking a real cigg yesterday and it was absolutely vile... Nice change.
Yeah I quit the same, I fucking LOVED the smell and taste of Marlboro Reds for years, like in all seriousness they smell and tasted sweet after I got addicted.
But then I switched to E-Cigs for a month, I feel sick about even having a normal cigarette ever, and I was pretty badly addicted. The taste is shit, and holy fuck is the smell so much worse than I imagined.
I never realized how awful regular cigs smelled when you are away from them for awhile, like everything I wore and my body was smelling like shitty cigs almost 24/7, this was the biggest reason for me to quit so quickly.
Havent had an e-cig or cig or any nicotine in awhile, also feels like the first time in my life after like 5 years of trying to quit and being on and off that I actually feel free from that shit, I dont even crave like I used to.
Plus I dont get how ANYONE could even argue against them in public, coming from a smoker that would have been a god send, I never liked smoking in public because I know non smokers didnt enjoy it because of the smell and second hand smoke.
But E-Cig "smoke" is exactly like getting fog in your face, there is no smell, no burning, nothing.
They should be allowed in public, there is 0 reason not to.

I can argue against them because you should just not smoke indoors or anywhere even if it doesnt smell anything/very little. it makes you look bad and it bothers people. It's great you have found a healthier alternative and that is great. And I hope you are mature enough to keep it out of schools/libraries/resturants.

"It looks bad" and "Bothers people" is based on opinion
its ok not to like things but, come on. I think people who choose to smoke knowing full well the side effects are stupid and I hope that smoking is eventually outright heavily restrained and even I don't see the issue with ecigs.
Banning something because you don't like it is stupid.

It literally doesn't have any affect on anyone but the user
If you're annoyed by it, it's your fucking problem, not the user's
Why shouldn't I be allowed to smoke where I want if it doesn't affect anyone else? Just because I look different and you don't like it? Grow the fuck up
Holy shit his ban record...

If that's a valid argument then you should stop posting because you look bad and it's bothering people.

What would maturity have to do with both schools and libraries?
Two places were drug use and smoking has always been banned? You do realize E-cigs are still considered a drug right and have to follow any no drug policy?
Resturants are based off what they allow.
Being bothersome is completely opinion and not an ARGUMENT AT ALL, I think every other driver besides me is bothersome, does that mean they cant drive? with e-cigs where as real cigs are factually an issue for those around.
Also you arent even "smoking" and please id love to know why you shouldnt be allowed to smoke indoors?, and id really love to hear your argument on anywhere as well. Should humidifiers be banned from being used inside? Because thats an E-Cigs except industrial sized compared to it.
Hell you can argue against whatever you want, but so far your argument is just pure opinion with no real weight to it at all, making it a shit argument and not one worth arguing against.

Holy shit dude do you remember not that many years ago you could smoke regular cigarettes indoors? Now we have a safer option which has been deemed to have no effects on anyone but the person using it and you still want to complain? This is coming from a non smoker, in the world we live in that last thing I am worried about is the strawberry cheesecake vapor (mmm delish) coming from the e-cig in the next booth.
The fact that this law is coming from L.A. is even more funny considering the air there is worse for you than anything you will find in an e-cig.

That's never been proven. There's still second-hand exposure with e-cigs, small amounts of nicotine and even metal particles. It's unregulated, so you can never be sure of what chemicals you're inhaling. There needs to be way more research to see how harmful they are
My brother has informed me that another thing against these is that people apparently have been using these to "stealth" smoke marijuana in public.
Why, isn't the secondhand smoke that comes out of e-cigs not dangerous in any shape or form?
Its water vapor, if your offended by an E CIG, you're an idiot.
My brother has informed me that another thing against these is that people apparently have been using these to "stealth" smoke marijuana in public.
Yeah, and you can pretty much do the same shit with cigs packed with a bit of pot in the mix as well. Looks identical to a normal cig and doesn't really smell compared to the tobacco. Plus you'd have to take the cartridge apart, remove the strip soaked in nicotine, and replace it with a strip soaked in liquid THC. For people putting forth that much effort, banning ecigs is not going to stop anything.
Not that I'm speaking from experience or anything though.

Obviously we need a ban on anyone who has bloodshot eyes.
My brother has informed me that another thing against these is that people apparently have been using these to "stealth" smoke marijuana in public.
There are vaporizers that are specifically made for the intake of marijuana, which are sold at around $120 and up for portable ones which in themselves still are extremely obvious if you're using marijuana with them in public. You would not be able to use an e-cig for this purpose, and even then, it's not an issue if someone /could/ use it to smoke with. Marijuana is illegal, not the paraphenilia used with it. I think laws may be different in some areas but around here an 8 year old can walk into a store and buy as many bongs and pipes as he would like

Good lord the level of retard in here is astounding. You cannot smoke weed in an e-cig, you CAN buy attachments specifically for 'dry herbs' that use an e-cig battery for power, but it still stinks like weed.

Yeah no, it doesn't work like that.
