I found the game so easy that I turned to the highest difficulty then found it still quite easy.
I seriously wonder if they tested the difficulty properly, it gets boring. It is a fantastic blast until you get to that point though.

When you get to the mercenaries on hard mode 75% through the game it can get a little frustrating cause the enemies weapons go from pea-shooter ak47s to 3-shot kill m4's.
Oh another thing good about this game is the AI. They actually try to actively take cover and flank you, also if you lose their sight and hide they will try to look for you instead of knowing where you are at all times. Far Cry 1 AI is still one of the best AI systems in FPS games, but I am glad this one tried to retain it.
The game is a lot better with Ziggy's Mod.
Im really thinking about buying it. But I have enough other games to play at the moment. I bet this will be at least 50% off in the winter sale again.
Still a good deal I think.
