That's the worst pun EVER
In fact, you could say... It wasn't a pun at all.
Because it wasn't. It was just a dumb joke. Oh, and I don't really care too much for this thing, and looking at all the fuss Valve's made about it in advertising and whatnot - i.e. none - they don't care too much for it either.
Why can't I have the DLC if I have a Novint Falcon?

Am I missing something here? Is it because I need 2 ways to look around?

It's because this is a controller with a similar layout to the Wii meaning it has two individual controllers. That's why the DLC maps have scalable boxes because you can pull the controllers farther apart to scale and rotate objects. The Falcon only really gives you force-feedback with mouse controls. This is entirely different.
"OH NO! Valve says it's okay for a company to make som DLC for their game to support a new controller! And the controller has the game bundled with it Fuck you Valve!"
Well I'd probably watch a play through these maps on youtube if someone ever uploads it, but there's no way I'm spending 140$ on it.
@article: no shit it's only playable if you have a hydra, it's not normal DLC, it was made specifically for the hydra because the concept itself doesn't work without it :geno:
I want new Portal 2 content too, but preferably without paying 140 euros...
The razor would be cool to use in GMod
I got excited for a second :(
Wouldn't it be possible with mouse/keyboard if you just used the mouse wheel to scale boxes?
Also, to rotate them, do the same way GMod does them and just hold down E.
this isn't made by valve therefore it has as much meaning as 'dlc' as any other third party maps
basically stop whining

I think you'll find that the scaling is done by dragging the 2 remotes away from each other. Which I don't think would translate to the mouse quite so easily.
