You know, Saints Row IV was supposed to be an expansion pack for SR3... So it makes perfect sense that the game looks, feels, and acts very similar.

It's not bullshit if the developers themselves have said it.

It doesn't mean that the game is EXACTLY like the DLC or vice versa.

If I remember correctly they mentioned that Enter The Dominatrix was scrapped early in development in favor of Saints Row IV The first SRIV dlc is going to be a mocumentary about the development of enter the dominatrix
