Watching Mechwarrior 4 and Jedi Academy matches were fun on that.
Adam Sessler was the greatest thing to happen to G4 and it's been totally dead to me ever since he left.

Were wolf skit was the best.
Esquire Style is nice, so I'm interested in seeing where this is going.
God X-Play was awesome. Well, most of the time.

I also liked the SOCOM ones, mostly because I wish I had SOCOM :v:

Good god yes! The Jedi academy ones were entertaining as fuck.
Haven't seen that Jack Thompson video for years!
Forgo he always thought the UK had a stricter legal setup than the US.
That's a godtier skit right there. What happened to that?
When they moved to the new set of X-Play, they got new writers. Apparently, Adam and Morgan both hated the new writers. You could tell because the writing of the newer X-Play was god awful, and both of them commented on how horrible the writing staff were and how they hated doing the new show because of them. Hell, the main reason they both quit because they were sick of the new staff's bullshit. Morgan commented on how she quit solely because of how sexist they were to her on set and how the staff constantly made fun of them 24/7.
Adam Sessler is such a good speaker and host.
I'm really heartbroken he's not doing anything right now.

All of these videos are making me nostalgia for back when I used to watch a lot of G4.
Actually, Adam Sessler is apparently going to be a judge for a show on SyFy.
It's called "Viral Video Showdown".
[editline]27th October 2012[/editline]
Kevin Pereira is also on the show as a judge.

I remember Arena. They would play America's Army with that sweet virtual reality rig. Always wanted to try it.
Maybe with g4 stepping back from games, we can get another TechTV-esque channel?
With every show hosted by Adam Sessler.
IIRC isn't Revision3 basically TechTV? I was under the impression it was made by the same people, doing the same purpose.
Revision 3 is a digg subproject I think.
...and then G4 announced later that it was a joke.
R-r-right? Right?
hahhaaahahhaHAhahaha....
:(

Nope.
G4 is becoming a network about male fashion.
Seriously the new slogan is "Less Geek. More GQ."

Yes, "geekiness" is actually becoming marketable, so let's go into chic fashion!
I mean, I don't like the idea of selling out or anything, but they're passing up a market that has recently become incredibly popular, hasn't really been cornered yet on television(I mean, other channels delve into it some, but even SyFy has really just danced around it,) and that they already covered and were known for at one point, to go in the same direction as either Logo or Spike, two far more popular channels.
I guess the prospect of Cheaters and Cops reruns 24/7 was just too enticing to pass up.
To be honest, I never liked Attack of the Show, and I lost all interest in X-Play after they stopped reviewing shitty games as one of their main forms of content. That shit was hilarious.
Dont forget how G4 did a ton of machinima before it was a big thing, and probably lead to it inadvertenly being so popular.
